trng today was tiring
warm up did the 10 patterns.
then had to do stretching
didnt do the push ups properly
had to do 80 push-ups in the end.
my hand was so wobbly until i nearly could not hold up my weight
i was like dying down there
but it was only the beginning.
went for break
i could not feel my hands lar.
they were so numb
later had to do shuttle run
we had to run three times.
the time limit was shorter and shorter
and i ran slower and slower each time.
my legs were so wobbly.
had PT later.
it was okay.
not so bad.
i guess i was dying during trng cos i didnt train for long ba.
muz improve my stamina!!!
during games.
i didnt know wad to do at first.
didnt play for a long time mahslowly i got the momentum and lost it
but i maged to catch the ball.
although my shooing went haywire.

read an article on the news.i was shocked to hear that.i feel that the reporters were sacarstic.i guess the media isnt right always.there might be some trunth in wad they say.but i dun agree. i muz look at things from different perspective. but i am angry at wad they said.oh well.
